THE JACOBIAN CONJECTURE FOR RATIONAL POLYNOMIALS

Abstract
In this paper we consider the Jacobian conjecture in dimension 2 over the field $\mathbb C$ of complex numbers, when one of the two polynomial functions has generic rational fibers. We call rational polynomials polynomials whose general fiber is a non-singular rational curve.
