Abstract
In this paper, the existence of $\lim_{n\to\infty}\| f^{(n)}\|_{N_{\Phi}}^{1/n}$ for an arbitrary function $f\in C^{\infty}(\mathbb R)$ such that $f^{(n)}\in N_{\Phi}$, $n=0,1,\dots$ and the concrete calculation of $\lim_{n\to\infty}\| f^{(n)}\|_{N_{\Phi}}^{1/n}$ are shown.
