Tóm tắt: Schubert Calculus is a branch of algebraic geometry introduced in the nineteenth century by Hermann Schubert, in order to solve various counting problems of projective geometry (part of enumerative geometry). These problems are solved by studying both algebraic geometry and algebraic topology of Grassmannians. This field also has important connections to algebraic combinatorics and representation theory. The aim of this talk is to introduce fundamental results, research directions, and recent developments in Schubert Calculus.
