You will find below an offer from the CNRS for 3 months invitation within the LIA. Recall also that the pressure is high: we need to present very good candidates.
Also, there have been some applications from Vietnamese candidates on regular CNRS 3 months visiting positions. In that case he/she should not apply again.

) before October 23 deadline. The scientific committee of the LIA will rank them and send it to the CNRS.
