Tóm tắt: Graver basis in an important tool in Optimisation and Statisticts. Connections between Graver Basis and Toric Algebra was done by Strumfels and Diaconis.

In this talk I will recall the Theorems of Diaconis and Sturmfels,  then I will explain how to get the Graver basis  for codimension two matrices.

I will present a polynomial algorithm to construct Graver basis of codimension two. I will present some open questions in this topics.
