Tóm tắt: In this talk, I will reveal the relationship between Mahler measures of exact polynomials and the Beilinson regulators. This, in turn, establishes a connection between Mahler measures and the special values of L- functions of certain motives via Beilinson’s conjectures. Specifically, for three- and four-variable polynomials, I will construct explicitly elements in the motivic cohomology such that the Mahler measure corresponds to the Beilinson regulator of these motivic cohomology classes. Finally, I will present some examples to which my theorem applies. If time permits, I will also briefly discuss some open questions in this research direction.
