Abstract: In this paper, problem of output feedback finite-time control of linear singular systems with time-varying delay is investigated. The delay function is continuous and bounded but not differentiable. By the use of singular value decomposition and Lyapunov function method,  we design output feedback controllers which make the system admissible with a maximum $H_infty$ disturbance attenuation level. A numerical example with simulation is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed result.
