The VIASM conference “Arithmetic and geometry of local and global fields”, to be held 25-29 June 2018, at Tuan Chau (Vietnam).
Location
Tuan Chau is an island near Ha Long Bay, a famous travel destination in Vietnam. We plan to organize a one-day trip to Ha Long Bay on Wednesday 27 June 2018.

Accommodation and Airport transfers
Accommodation will be arranged for all international participants. You will also be picked up at the airport (Noi Bai International Airport) or from Hanoi. In any case, the journey will be approximately 3 hours.
Funding
We do have some limited funds to pay the local costs of some graduate students or young researchers. Travel expenses for several local participants could be covered. If you require funding, please mention this in your application.
Registration
There is no conference fee.
Please email to one of the organizers if you wish to attend, and indicate whether or not you require funding for your local costs.
We expect to have several slots for contributed talks (approx. 30 mn each). Please also indicate if you wish to present a contributed talk and also send us your title / abstract.
