Tóm tắt: In this talk, the problem of delay-dependent and order-dependent strict $(mathrm{Q}, mathrm{S}, mathrm{R})-gamma-$dissipativity analysis is investigated for fractional-order neural networks (FONNs) with time-varying delay. By employing Razumikhin fractional-order approach and using some properties of fractional calculus, new sufficient condition is derived to guarantee that the considered FONNs are strictly $(mathrm{Q}, mathrm{S}, mathrm{R})-gamma$ dissipative. The condition is established in terms of linear matrix inequality. A numerical example is given todemonstrate the effectiveness and advantages of the obtained results.
