On global strong solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations with large initial data

Abstract: By using techniques of Fourier analysis, we generalize a result of M. Cannone on the existence of global solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations. We show that if the initial data are oscillating in some Besov spaces, then the Navier-Stokes equations have global smooth solutions.
