WEEKLY ACTIVITIES

Purpose: On the occasion of the 45th anniversary of Vietnam Institute of Mathematics, we organize a conference for alumni Ph.D students. This is a chance for former PhD students of the institute to present research results as well as to exchange experience in teaching and scientific researching. 

Participants:

• Alumni Ph.D students of Vietnam Institute of Mathematics;
• Former and current Ph.D students supervised by members of Vietnam Institute of Mathematics;
• All interested colleagues.

Time: 16-17, October, 2015.

Place: Institute of Mathematics, VAST, 18 Hoang Quoc Viet, Cau Giay, Hanoi.

Organizers: Phung Ho Hai (chair), Doan Thai Son (secretary), Nguyen Sinh Bay, Nguyen Dinh, Dinh Thanh Duc, Nguyen Quang Huy, Le Van Thuyet.

Program: The conference includes several invited talks (45 minutes) and short talks (15 minutes).

Conference fee: There is no conference fee. Travel expenses, meals and accommodation are paid by the participants.
