Fourier transform of positive functions and Riemann hypothesis

The famous Riemann hypothesis is equivalent to the fact that the Fourier transform of the positive function  $\frac}{1+\exp}$ is nowhere 0 on the real line $\left( \sigma >1/2\right).$
