Abstract: A ring R is called QF if R is right (or left)  self-injective and satisfies ACC on right (or left)  annihilators. In this talk,  we obtain some properties of: - an ef-extending module M, i.e., every closed  submodule which contains essentially a finitely generated submodule is a direct summand of M; or - every finitely generated right module is a direct sum of a projective module and a singular module.  And then we give some characterizations of QF, right PF, right co-Harada rings via the classes of above modules.
