Tóm tắt báo cáo: In this talk, we investigate the positivity and asymptotic stability of a class of two-dimensional (2-D) positive systems with time-varying delays on time scales. First, we derive a sufficient condition guaranteeing the positivity of the considered system. Next, we propose a novel solution comparison method for analyzing its asymptotic stability. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
