Abstract: From graphs one can construct certain combinatorial algebras (here Leavitt path algebras) which can also (conjecturally) captures the dynamics of the graphs. We will look at the new work of Abrams-Tomforde-Ruiz on bridging modules which relates two graphs and the corresponding category of modules over the algebras and further discuss recent joint work with Brix, Dor-on, and Ruiz around this topic.
