The cooperation between Vietnamese and Korean mathematicians started nearly 30 years ago. In the last decades, many joint workshops and seminars were organized. After a break caused by the pandemic, the mathematical communities in the two countries intend to continue the workshop series and strengthen the collaborations.
The workshop jointly organized by the VMS and the KMS provides a forum to mathematicians of the two countries to share their ideas and results. Its ultimate purpose is to make the existing cooperation broader, deeper and more stable.
This time, the workshop is mainly focused on Algebra, Geometry, and Topology; Combinatorics and Discrete Mathematics; Differential Equations and Dynamical Systems; Optimization and Data Science.
The workshop will include plenary talks and parallel sessions. In each parallel session there will be talks of 40 minutes and short communications of 20 minutes.
