Abstracts should be prepared in LaTeX format and not to exceed one A4-page. LaTeX macros can be sent to you by e-mail on request, or you can click directly on file names to obtain the style file Abstract2017.sty and the macro/example file Abstract2017.tex

Time: December 14-16, 2017

Nowadays, optimization methods in general, and optimization algorithms in particular, play an important role in many real world applications.
To create a forum for Vietnamese and international experts in the field to exchange new ideas and results, Institute of Mathematics, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST), will organize International Workshop “Optimization Algorithms and Some Related Problems” (December 14-16, 2017) in Hanoi.
There will be a special session of the Workshop devoted to Professor Hoang Tuy's 90th birthday. His distinguished scientific achievements will be highlighted.
A selection of peer-reviewed papers of the Workshop participants will be published as a special issue of Acta Mathematica Vietnamica (https://link.springer.com/journal/40306).
