Tóm tắt: In this talk, we will study in detail the work of Kiran S. Kedlaya: "Good formal structures for flat meromorphic connections, I: Surfaces."The main point we want to concentrate on is: the sufficient and necessary condition for the existence of Malgrange's decomposition of a formal flat connection on a surface. The criterion is written in terms of the spectral behavior of differential operators. Hence, it could be seen as a generalization of Robba's construction of the Hukuhara-Levelt-Turrittin decomposition in the one-dimensional case.
