Tóm tắt: Many notions and concepts in the theory of Riemann surfaces have been carried out to the algebraic theory of graphs, for instance the notions of divisors, Picard group, Jacobian, Abel-Jacobi map, Laplacian, harmonic functions...

A version of Riemann-Roch theorem for graphs has been proved by Baker and Norine.  However many other concepts are still to be discovered.

This talk is to give an introduction to this theory as well as the relationship with the chip-firing game on graphs. We emphasize on the duality principle in algebraic graph theory.
