Abstract: In this talk, we present a regularity criterion for weak solutions of the instationary Navier–Stokes system which additionally satisfy the strong energy inequality.  Let u be a weak solution of the instationary Navier-Stokesequations in a completely gereral domain, we prove that u is regular if the kinetic energy is left-side continuous Holder seminorm as a function of time  with Holder exponent 1/2 and with sufficiently small Holder seminorm
