Abstract: My talk series will be in three parts. In the first part, I recall the almost periodic function theory. The next part is some properties of Oseen operator in the solenoidal Lorentz space, which is linear part of Navier-Stokes-Oseen equations. Finally, I present some recent results on the existence, uniqueness and polynomial stability of the solution.
