Observer-based finite-time control of linear fractional-order systems with interval time-varying delay

Abstract: In this paper, we present an analytical  approach based on the Laplace transform and "inf-sup" method for  studying observer-based finite-time control  of  fractional-order systems (FOSs) with time-varying delay. Using the  proposed method, new delay-dependent sufficient conditions for designing state feedback control obsrever  are  established  in terms of tractable matrix inequalities  and Mittag-Leffler functions. An example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
