The organizers will find financial sources to provide partial travelling support (inside Vietnam) and partial accommodation to a limited Vietnamese scientists contributing talks at the conference as follows:
- For 40-minute talk, travel and accommodation expenses in Da Nang during the conference will be covered.
- For 20-minute talk, accommodation expense in Da Nang during the conference for young speakers will be covered.
